• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation.

Our garments are hand-stitched, and where relevant, cut to individual measurements. This is central to what we offer, and it comes with a few honest realities:

• Minor variation in stitching, seam lines or finish between two pieces of the same style is normal in handmade garments and is not treated as a defect.
• Natural fabrics such as linen and cotton may shrink marginally after the first wash — we account for this in our cutting, but some variance is expected.
• For made-to-measure orders, the fit is based on the measurements recorded at your fitting. We offer free alterations within 30 days if adjustment is needed, as set out in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

An order is confirmed only once we've accepted it and, where applicable, received payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we're unable to fulfil it — and will refund any payment already made.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeline stated on the product page or shared with you directly, though timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly for made-to-measure pieces or during high-demand periods. Risk in the product passes to you once it's delivered to the address you provided. Please check your order on delivery and let us know immediately of any issue.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before requesting a return.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
