At The Indian Darzee, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, and when you can expect your order to arrive.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 4–8 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.

Order Processing

1–2 business days to pack and dispatch your order.

In Transit

3–6 business days with our courier partners.

Total Delivery

4–8 business days from confirmation, on average.

Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
A flat shipping fee applies on orders below this amount, shown at checkout
A nominal COD handling fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the My Orders section of your account.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across most pin codes in India. Serviceability and estimated delivery time can be checked by entering your pin code on the product page before placing an order. In rare cases, remote or restricted locations may take longer than the standard 4–8 day window.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet our delivery timelines, factors like weather, courier disruptions, regional restrictions or high-demand periods (such as sale season) may occasionally cause delays. We'll keep you informed via email/SMS if your order is affected.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfilment centers and could arrive on different days within the estimated delivery window.
