2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to place an order through our website.

If you place an order on behalf of another person or business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate and current.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions and the characteristics of the fabric.

Our garments may involve hand-finishing, tailoring and textile manufacturing processes. Minor variations in stitching, seam lines, texture, colour or finish may occur and may not constitute a product defect.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).

Applicable taxes and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the purchasing process before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical or technical errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious technical or human error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already received.

5. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order may be accepted only after we have successfully processed the order and, where applicable, received the required payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment or transaction issues

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant refund process.

We offer payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include card payments, UPI, net banking, Cash on Delivery and other payment options made available from time to time.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do not request your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or internet banking password through email, WhatsApp or other customer-support communications.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination.

Order processing: approximately 1–2 business days
Courier transit: approximately 3–6 business days
Total estimated delivery: 4–8 business days

Sundays and national holidays are excluded from business-day calculations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote locations, restricted pin codes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
A shipping charge may apply to orders below ₹999.
A nominal COD handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers may generally request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products generally need to be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging.

Prepaid refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photographs and order details.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped, subject to our applicable cancellation process.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
